What if my wallet is not connecting?
Sometimes your wallet extention and web browser might become a little out of sync, and they both need a quick reset.
Usually, wallet connection issues can be resolved by following these steps:
- 1.Make sure your wallet is connected to the Polygon mainnet, not another network.
- 2.Make sure the web browser and the wallet extensions are fully updated, and if not, please install the latest version.
- 3.Clear the cache in your web browser and then restart the browser. (If you use Safari, Firefox, or another browser, check its support site for instructions)
- 4.Check if there are any security software, adblocker, or extension problems.
- 5.Try using another desktop browser, such as Google Chrome.
