What if my wallet is not connecting?

Sometimes your wallet extention and web browser might become a little out of sync, and they both need a quick reset.

Usually, wallet connection issues can be resolved by following these steps:

  1. Make sure your wallet is connected to the Polygon mainnet, not another network.

  2. Make sure the web browser and the wallet extensions are fully updated, and if not, please install the latest version.

  3. Clear the cache in your web browser and then restart the browser. (If you use Safari, Firefox, or another browser, check its support site for instructions)

  4. Check if there are any security software, adblocker, or extension problems.

  5. Try using another desktop browser, such as Google Chrome.
